Declaring Land taken for a Government Work, and not required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 6 acres.
Being Section 15 (formerly part Section 9), Block VI, East Taieri Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 9232.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112696, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of December, 1941.

Land taken for the Downs Water-supply Scheme, in Block X, Pareora Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Downs Water-supply Scheme (reservoir-site); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 24·3 perches.
Being part Section 91, Rosewill Settlement.
Situated in Block X, Pareora Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 7397.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112111, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of November, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and section thirty-two of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1936, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 32·42 perches.
Being part Lot 35, Deeds Plan 182, and Jamaica Street, Deeds Plan 333, being part Section 13.
