Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of a Street in the Borough of Raetihi.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto (and which was taken for the Raetihi Branch of the North Island Main Trunk Railway, and is not now required for such purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become street, and that such street shall be maintained by the Raetihi Borough Council in like manner as other streets are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land dealt with: 1 rood 38·72 perches.

Being Railway land.

Situated in Block VII, Makotuku Survey District. (S.O. 20512.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110130, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of November, 1941.

Crown Land set apart for the Wellington-Napier Railway (Kopua-Makotuku Section) in Blocks VI and X, Takapau Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the Wellington-Napier Railway; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 2 roods 36·2 perches.

Being closed road adjoining Railway land.

Situated in Blocks VI and X, Takapau Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2022.)

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110720, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured dark green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of November, 1941.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 36·2 perches.

Being Section 3.

Situated in Block VIII, Paekakariki Survey District. (S.O. 20798.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112486, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of November, 1941.
