Land taken for a Metal-pit and an Easement over Land taken
for the Purposes of a Right-of-way in Block II, Clyde
Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the First Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for a metal-pit, and that an easement
is hereby taken over the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto vesting in His Majesty the King full and free liberty,
right, license, and authority in perpetuity to construct and
use a right-of-way with the right for His Majesty’s servants,
agents, and workmen from time to time and at all times
hereafter to go, pass, and repass with or without horses or
other animals or vehicles over the said land and to maintain,
repair, and keep open the said right-of-way, such right-
of-way being appurtenant to and for the purpose of providing
access to the land described in the First Schedule
hereto; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the eighth day of December,
one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 13 acres
2 roods.

Being part Section 7, Block II, Clyde Survey District;
coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land over which an
easement is taken :—

All situated in the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the
same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 112799, deposited in the office of the Minister of
Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above
mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day
of November, 1941.

Factory) in Block I, Aparima Hundred.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby taken for the purposes of linen-flax development
(Otautau Factory); and I do also declare that this Proclama-
tion shall take effect on and after the eighth day of December,
one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 57 acres
1 rood 10 perches.

Being part Lot 23, D.P. 120, being part Sections 19, 20,
and 21.

Situated in Block I, Aparima Hundred (Southland R.D.).
(S.O. 5561.)

In the Southland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112035,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of
November, 1941.
