Leasehold Interest in Land in Block XIII, Omapere Survey District, taken for Road.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the estate of leasehold in the land described in the Schedule hereto (held by William Neil Austin, of Utakura, Farmer, from His Majesty the King by virtue of a renewable lease, Volume 627, folio 15, Auckland Registry) is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventeenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the estate of leasehold is taken: 6 acres 3 roods 22 perches. Being part Section 2.
Situated in Block XIII, Omapere Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28327.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111492, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of November, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 3 roods 26 perches.
Being part Section 435, Town of Wellington (City of Wellington). (S.O. 20794.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112634, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventeenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
