Land and the Leasehold Estates or Interests in Land taken for Road in Blocks X and XI, Hawera Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and that the leasehold estates or interests in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto (held from His Majesty the King by Lionel Robert Quentin Hicks under and by virtue of Lease No. 16323, Taranaki Registry, as to the land firstly described in such Second Schedule and by the Public Trustee under and by virtue of Lease No. 14886, Taranaki Registry, as to the land secondly described in such Second Schedule) are hereby taken for road; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventeenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
