Additional Land taken for a State Coal Depot in the City of Christchurch.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a State Coal Depot; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventeenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 38 perches.
Being Lot 1, D.P. 2, being part Rural Section 79 (City of Christchurch).

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112457, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of November, 1941.

Land taken for a Roadman’s Cottage in Block XII, Manganui Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a roadman’s cottage; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventeenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods.
Being part Lot 1 of Section 6.

Situated in Block XII, Manganui Survey District. (S.O. 20748.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112510, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of November, 1941.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111491, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 12th day of November, 1941.
