- GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORKS.
The licensee is hereby authorized, subject to the conditions hereof, to construct, maintain, and use the following works for the purposes of this license, the positions of the said works being indicated on the said plan P.W.D. 111649:—
(a) Headworks consisting of a dam and intake and water-race leading to the water-wheel and power-house hereinafter referred to, giving a static head of approximately 12 ft.
(b) A power-house with all necessary equipment for generating electricity.
(c) Electric lines leading from the power-house aforesaid across parts 2c No. 1 and 1b No. 1 Kiwitahi Block, Cambridge Survey District, to the licensee’s home-stead situated on the said part 1b No. 1 Kiwitahi Block.
- DURATION OF LICENSE.
Unless sooner determined, this license shall continue in force until the 31st day of March, 1962.
- SYSTEM OF SUPPLY.
The system of supply shall be as described in paragraph (d) of clause 21-01 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935. The generating and transmission voltages shall be approximately 230 volts direct current.
- RENTAL.
For the purpose of assessing the annual rental payable in respect of this license, the licensee may install a suitable maximum-demand indicator to the satisfaction of the Inspecting Engineer of the Public Works Department, and failing such installation the rental shall be assessed on the maximum generating capacity of the plant installed. The present plant is rated at 7·5 kilowatts, and falls within the classes described in paragraph (c) of subclause (B) of clause (2) of Regulation 6 of the Water-power Regulations 1934.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct the sale of the pieces of stopped Government road described in the Schedule hereto.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road declared to be Government road: 14·5 perches.
Adjoining part Allotment 200, Komakorau Parish.
Situated in Block IV, Newcastle Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28854.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94986, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged blue.

Recreation Reserve in the Wellington Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day of November, 1941.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of, and declared to be subject to, the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Rongomai Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

Section 2, Block I, Mangaone Village, Block III, Mangaone Survey District: Area, 5 acres 0 roods 32 perches, more or less.
