Cancelling the Vesting of a Reserve in the Rotorua Borough Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of October, 1941.

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve for a site for public library and Town Board offices, and is vested in the Rotorua Borough Council:
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Rotorua Borough Council has duly consented to such cancellation:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby cancel the vesting in the Rotorua Borough Council of the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SECTION 3, Block XXIII, Town of Rotorua: Area, 1 rood, more or less.

Recreation Reserve in Nelson Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of October, 1941.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Nelson Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same is hereby, brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Brightwater Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Brightwater Domain Board.

SCHEDULE.
NELSON LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 35 perches, more or less, being part of Section 18, District of Waima South, Block IX, Waima Survey District, bounded towards the north-east by a public road, 720·2 links; towards the south-east, south-west, and north-west by other parts of Section 18 aforesaid, 274 links, 721·4 links, and 271·6 links respectively. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 1/471b, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. plan 9180.)

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for road.
