LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE of the loss of Deed of Lease No. 159660 affecting Lots 1 and 2 of Allotments 15 and 23, Section 2, Suburbs of Auckland, and being all the land in certificate of title, Vol. 515, folio 82, limited as to parcels and title (Auckland Registry), from the General Trust Board of the Diocese of Auckland, as lessor, to ERIMA HARVEY NORTHCROFT, of Auckland, Solicitor, as lessee, having been lodged with me together with an application to register instruments affecting the said deed of lease, without requiring production of the said deed of lease, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such instruments in terms of section 40 of the Land Transfer Act, 1915, upon the expiration of fourteen days from 23rd October, 1941.
