PURSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations 1939, notice has been received that
Arthur Alan Maisey
has been duly elected to be a member of the Waipa West Bobby Calf Pool Committee established by the said regulations, vice William Henry Thompson, resigned.

Channel altering.
Position: Lat., 37° 05′ S.; long., 174° 26′ E. (approx.).
Alteration: A new channel over the bar appears to be making about four cables north of the present line of main channel leading beacons. Masters are cautioned to exercise care when working the bar inward or outward and to follow any semaphore directions from the flagstaff.
Further notice will be given later.

Notice to Persons affected by an Application for a License under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.
Taking of Fish for Sale.
AN application has been received from S. Hill, Homelea, Puru, via Thames, to take fish for sale by means of the fishing-vessel “Iris,” using set-nets and hand-lines, catches to be landed at Puru and hawked in that district.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish them in writing not later than the 9th October, 1941.

The National Service Emergency Regulations 1940.—Notice under Regulation 19 requiring Men who have been called up for Service with the Armed Forces to report.
I, ALBERT EDWARD CONWAY, Adjutant-General, New Zealand Military Forces, and an authorized officer for the purposes of the above-mentioned regulations, do hereby give notice pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 19 of the said regulations, that the men whose names, addresses, and descriptions are given in the Schedule attached (being men who have been called up in accordance with the said regulations for service with the Armed Forces), are required to report at the respective times and places shown in the said Schedule.
