PURSUANT to section fifty-one of the Native Purposes Act, 1931, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby make the following regulations with respect to the Arawa District Trust Board :—
REGULATIONS.
- THESE regulations may be cited as the Arawa District Trust Board Regulations 1941, Amendment No. 1.
- These regulations shall be read together with and form part of the Arawa District Trust Board Regulations 1941 (hereinafter called “the principal regulations”).
- These regulations shall come into force on the day of the making hereof.
- The Second Schedule to the principal regulations is deleted and the following substituted :—

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
PURSUANT to the provisions of section fifty-one of the Native Purposes Act, 1931, and of the regulations made thereunder, and of any other powers him enabling, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby appoint the persons whose names are set out in the Schedule hereto to be members of the Arawa District Trust Board, and those persons whose names are set out in Part I of the said Schedule shall represent the subtribes of the Arawa Tribe indicated opposite their respective names therein, and the person whose name is set out in Part II of the said Schedule shall represent the returned soldiers.
