A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of August, 1941.

Being part Section 27.

Situated in Block I, Hillend Survey District (Otago R.D.).

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111989, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of August, 1941.

Revoking Portion of a Proclamation taking Land for Road in Block XVII, Town of Balclutha, Blocks I and VI, Hillend Survey District, Block VIII, South Tuakitoto Survey District, Blocks III, VII, and X, North Tuakitoto Survey District, and Blocks XXXIX, XXXII, XXIV, and XX, Tokomairiro Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the sixteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 88 of the twenty-second day of the same month, at page 1931, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Dunedin as No. 5005, taking land for road, as affects the area of 1 acre 0 roods 9 perches, described in the Schedule thereto, as being portion of Section 27, Block I, Hillend Survey District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of August, 1941.
