Declaring a Portion of Railway Land near Kotuku to be Crown
Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuanee and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me
in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare
the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land
subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 2 acres 1 rood
27ยท5 perches.
Portion of Railway land, Block II, Brunner Survey District
(Grey County). (S.O. 4275.)
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 6628,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at
Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of
August, 1941.

Research (Experimental Orchard, Oratia) in Block II,
Titirangi Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuanee and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby taken for the purposes of scientific and industrial
research (Experimental Orchard, Oratia); and I do also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
eighth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and
forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 14 acres
l rood 4 perches.
Being part Allotment 5, Waikomiti Parish.
Situated in Block II, Titirangi Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 32229.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111828,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of
August, 1941.

Block VII, Tengawai Survey District (Fairlie Factory).

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for the purposes of linen-flax development
(Fairlie Factory); and I do also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the eighth day of September,
one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 36 acres
l rood 35 perches.
Being part Rural Sections 21121 and 22281.
Situated in Block VII, Tengawai Survey District (Canter-
bury R.D.). (S.O. 7402.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112055,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of
August, 1941.
