ALL that area containing by admeasurement, a total of 202 acres 2 roods 30 perches, more or less, being more particularly described as follows:—
Section 1, Block VI, Tauranga Survey District: Area, 195 acres.
Section 12, Block VI, Tauranga Survey District: Area, 1 acre 3 roods 14 perches.
Section 12, Block VII, Tauranga Survey District: Area, 5 acres 3 roods 16 perches.

Recreation Reserve in Westland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 20th day of August, 1941.

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Westland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Waiho Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Waiho Domain Board.

SECTION 867, Block XI, Waiho Survey District: Area, 2 roods, more or less.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 20th day of August, 1941.

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserves for recreation in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserves shall hereafter be known as the Birchville Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
ALL those areas containing a total area of 5 acres 0 roods 22·56 perches, more or less, being Sections 1, 22, 23, 24, Block I, and Section 33, Block II, Town of Birchville Extension No. 4. As the same are more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 1/1091/A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. ALL that area containing 490 acres, more or less, being Sections 59 and 60, Block XIV, Lower Wanaka Survey District.

Revocation of Order in Council prohibiting the Export of Honey.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 13th day of August, 1941.

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

PURSUANT to section seventeen of the Honey-export Control Act, 1924, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council made pursuant to the said section seventeen on the twenty-fourth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, and published in the Gazette on the thirtieth day of the same month at page 1137, prohibiting the export of honey save in accordance with a license to be issued by the Minister of Agriculture.
