to be made in respect of every part of the said sum for the
time being so borrowed and not repaid, the first such pay-
ment to be made not later than one year after the first day
from which interest to the lender or lenders is computed on
the said sum or any part thereof so raised.
(4) The payment of interest and the repayment of principal
in respect of the said sum shall be made in New Zealand.
(5) No amount payable as either interest or sinking fund
in respect of the said sum shall be paid out of loan-moneys.
(6) The rate payable for brokerage, underwriting, and
procuration fees in respect of the raising of the said sum or
any part thereof shall not in the aggregate exceed one-half
per centum of any amount raised.
(7) No moneys shall be borrowed under this consent after
the expiration of two years from the date hereof.

August, 1941.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby appoint—

Richard Beaumont Robertson,
Hugh Henry Harold,
Frederick Wardle,
Lionel Willoughby, and
William Halley Bryant

to be the Rakaunui Domain Board, having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint
Saturday, the fourth day of October, one thousand nine
hundred and forty-one, at two-thirty o’clock p.m., as the time
when, and the Rakaunui Hall as the place where, the first
meeting of the Board shall be held.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby appoint

John Lindsay Macky,
Walter Henry Bell,
John Livingstone,
William George Milgate, and
Reginald Ivan Bell

to be the Pirongia Domain Board, having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint
Monday, the eighth day of September, one thousand nine
hundred and forty-one, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as
the time when, and the Board’s Office, Memorial Hall,
Pirongia, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board
shall be held.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves,
Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that from and after
the first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and
forty-one, the public domains described in the Schedules
hereto shall be united to form one public domain, to be known
as the Mount Maunganui Domain.


FIRST SCHEDULE.

MOUNT DRURY DOMAIN.—AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL those areas in the Mount Maunganui Town District,
containing by admeasurement a total of 25 acres 3 roods
10·2 perches, more or less, being more particularly described
as follows:—
