Declaring a Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area.

PURSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regu-
lations 1939, I, James Gillispie Barclay, Minister
of Marketing, being satisfied that a sufficient majority
of the producers in the area of land defined in the
Schedule hereto are desirous that such area should be
declared to be a pool area for the marketing of
bobby calves, do hereby declare such area of land
defined as aforesaid to be a Bobby Calf Marketing
Pool Area for the purpose of the said regulations
under the name set out in the said Schedule; and I
do hereby further declare that this notice shall take
effect on the 7th day of August, 1941.

SCHEDULE.

TAUMARANUI BOBBY CALF MARKETING POOL AREA.

ALL that area of land situated within the Ohura,
Taumarunui, and Kaitieke Counties, and bounded by a
line commencing at a point where the Ohura Stream
joins the Opura Road; thence following the eastern
boundaries of Sections 8 and 6, Block VII, Heao
Survey District, in a northerly direction; thence along
the southern and eastern boundaries of Section 4,
Block VII aforesaid, to a point where it meets the
Opura Road; thence in a north-westerly direction
along the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 3 and
2, Block VII aforesaid; thence along the north-
eastern boundary of Section 3; thence along the
eastern then northern boundary of Subsection 6,
Block III, Heao Survey District, to the point where
it meets the Ohura River; thence following the said
river to the eastern boundary of Section 19, Block XIV,
Ohura Survey District; thence northerly along the
eastern boundaries of Sections 19, 18, and 17, Block
XIV aforesaid, to the point where it meets Ngutu
Road; thence following the said road in a northerly
direction to the point where it meets Kururau Road;
thence along the eastern boundaries of Section 35,

of the said section in a northerly then southerly
direction to where it meets the northern boundary
of Section 8, Block IV, Ohura Survey District; thence
along the southern boundaries of Sections 6 and 7,
Block IV, Ohura Survey District, to the south-eastern
corner of Section 3, Block IV aforesaid; thence
northerly along the eastern boundary of Section 3
aforesaid to where it meets the Makara Stream;
thence along the southern then eastern boundary of
Section 19, Block I, Rangi Survey District, to the point
where it meets the Otahu Stream; thence along the
southern then eastern boundary of Section 9, Block XI,
Tangitu Survey District; thence along the southern
boundaries of Sections 3, 4, 5, and 6, Block XI afore-
said, to the south-eastern corner of Section 6, Block
XI aforesaid; thence along the eastern boundary
of Section 6, Block XI aforesaid; thence along the
southern boundary of Section 2, Block XI aforesaid;
thence along the southern boundaries of Sections 1
and 2, Block XII, Tangitu Survey District; thence
along the western and northern boundaries of Section 3,
Block XII aforesaid; thence along the eastern
boundaries of Sections 4, 3, and 1, Block IX, Tangitu
Survey District; thence from this point following the
Upper Ohura Road in a northerly direction to a point
where it meets the Ohura County boundary; thence
following the said boundary in an easterly then
southerly direction to the south-west corner of Section
B 8B 2A 2, Block II, Tuhua Survey District; thence
from this point taking a straight line across country
in an easterly direction to the north-east corner of
Block V, Puketapu Survey District; thence taking a
straight line across country in a southerly direction
to a point where the Rotoaira Road crosses the Papa-
manuka Stream in Block XI, Tongariro Survey District;
thence following the said road in a south-westerly
direction to the south-east corner of Section 8, Block
XVI, Kaitieke Survey District; thence from this
point taking a straight line across country in a westerly
direction to a point where the Raetihi—Ohura Road
meets the Wanganui River; thence following the said
river in a northerly direction to a point where it
meets the Ohura Stream; thence following the said
stream in a north-westerly direction to a point where
it joins the Opura Road, being the original point of
commencement.
