At the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of July, 1941.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for housing purposes.

SCHEDULE.

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked as above mentioned, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

William Robert Rowland,
Thomas Thompson Wilkinson,
Archibald Yuill,
Robert Francis Buzan,
Reginald John Joiner, and
William James Bradley

to be the Enfield Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the second day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Public Hall, Enfield, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 13 acres 0 roods 24 perches, more or less, being part of Sections 3 and 4, Block XI, Oamaru Survey District, and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 196, folio 208, Otago Registry.
