A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare
the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land
subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of stopped Government
road declared to be Crown land : 1 rood 3I·84 perchcs.
Adjoining Papatawa Railway-station.
Situated in Block VII, Woodville Survey District (Hawke's
Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1156.)
In the Hawke's Bay Land District ; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94725,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of
July, 1941.

Revoking Portion of a Proclamation taking Land for a Portion
of the Wellington - New Plymouth Railway (Turakina-
Okoia Deviation).

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke
so much of the Proclamation dated the twenty-eighth day
of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one,
published in the New Zealand Gazette of the thirtieth day of
the same month at page 129, and deposited in the Land
Registry Office at Wellington as No. 3042, taking land for
a portion of the Wellington - New Plymouth Railway
(Turakina-Okoia Deviation) as affects the areas described
in the Schedule hereto.

Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of a Road in
Block IV, Waimea Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling
me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described
in the Schedule hereto (and which was acquired for the
Midland Railway and is not now required for such purpose)
shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette,
become road, and that such road shall be maintained by the
Waimea County Council in like manner as other public
highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.
