Land taken for Defence Purposes in Block III, Rangitoto Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 20·21 perches. Being part Allotment 190, D.P. 8612, Takapuna Parish.
Situated in Block III, Rangitoto Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32129.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111295, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of July, 1941.

Land taken for an Aerodrome in Block I, Clyde Survey District, Wairoa County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome, and shall vest in the Wairoa Harbour Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 4 acres 3 roods 38 perches.
Being closed road adjoining or passing through Paeroa 1E 7A, 1E 7B 1, 1E 7B 2, 1E 9, and 1E 10 Blocks, and Lot 2, D.P. 5063.
Situated in Block I, Clyde Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1884.)
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110191, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of July, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a police-station; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 roods. Being Lot 1, D.P. 18537, being part Tiritiri No. 2B, Section 1B Block.
Situated in Block VI, Waihou Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31440.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111628, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a postmaster’s residence; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 18·76 perches. Being Lot 2, D.P. 5170, being part Sections 21 and 22, Block XXXV, Town of Oamaru (Borough of Oamaru) (Otago R.D.).
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111457, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of July, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 2 roods 1 perch.
Being stopped Government road in Proclamation No. 1324, adjoining Sections 46 and 47.
Situated in Block X, Kaitieke Survey District. (S.O. 17696.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111591, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of July, 1941.
