A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed :—

A. R. P. Adjoining
0 0 17·9 Road adjoining Sections 350 and 351; coloured yellow.
1 1 10·3 Sections 350, 451, and 492; coloured green.
0 2 6·7 Sections 350 and 491; coloured green.

Situated in Block XVI, Forest Hill Hundred (Southland R.D.). (S.O. R. 708.)

In the Southland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 100323, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of July, 1941.
