Revoking in Part a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes of the Foxton – New Plymouth Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the eighteenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the same year at page 3479, taking land for the purposes of the Foxton – New Plymouth Railway, as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 31·2 perches.
Being part Railway land in Proclamation 3020, and being part Subdivisions 15 and 16 of Section 54, Turakina District.
Situated in Block XIII, Wangaehu Survey District, Rangitikei County. (S.O. 20740.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 6572, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of July, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of July, 1941.
