A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, and section five of the Housing Amendment Act, 1940, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Situated in Block IV, Tiffin Survey District (Borough of Masterton.) (S.O. 20519.)
In the Wellington Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111391, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of July, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road :
1 rood 5 perches.
Being portion of Maharakeke Stream-bed.
Situated in Block XIII, Waipukurau Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2014.)
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109731, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of July, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto ; and I do also hereby take the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection ten of the said section twelve.
