Land taken for Housing Purposes in the Borough of Richmond.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and section thirty-two of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1936, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 15·4 perches.
Being portion of Section 25, Waimea East, being all the land in C.T. 55/81, Nelson Registry.
Situated in Block VII, Waimea Survey District (Borough of Richmond) (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 9190.)
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110684, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of July, 1941.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation defining the Middle-line of a Portion of the Wellington–Napier Railway (Lower Hutt Valley Duplication).

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the tenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 81 of the eleventh day of the same month, defining the middle-line of a portion of the Wellington–Napier Railway (Lower Hutt Valley Duplication), in so far as it affects Lot 5, D.P. 10045, part Section 39, Hutt R.D., Block IX, Belmont Survey District, being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 438, folio 141, Wellington Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of July, 1941.

Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
PURSUANT to section four hundred and fifty-four of the Native Land Act, 1931, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, being satisfied that the purchase of the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown in accordance with law, do hereby proclaim that the said land has become Crown land.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, Raglan and Kawhia Counties, containing by admeasurement 20,453 acres, more or less, being the land called or known as Moerangi No. 4 Block, situated in Blocks X, XI, XIV, XV, Karioi Survey District, Blocks III, IV, Kawhia North Survey District, Blocks XIII, XIV, Alexandra Survey District, and Blocks I, II, Pirongia Survey District.
As the same is more particularly delineated on N.L. plan 15128, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of July, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
