A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 48 acres 1 rood 18 perches.
Adjoining Section 3036.

Situated in Block XIII, Wataroa Survey District (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 4247.)

In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111413, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of July, 1941.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school, and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Nelson as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 29 perches.
Being Section 208 (Town of Collingwood) (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 9179.)

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111332, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of July, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and section thirty-two of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1936, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
