CORRIGENDUM.

IN the Proclamation dated 7th July, 1941, and published in New Zealand Gazette, 1941, page 2095, taking land for defence purposes in Blocks VI and X, Waitemata Survey District, for the area “1 rood 24 perches, being part Lot 14, D.P. 5165, being part Allotment 41,” read “24 perches, being part Lot 14, D.P. 4165, being part Allotment 41.”

Land proclaimed as Road in Block VII, Mawheranui Survey District, Grey County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 rood 38·4 perches.
Being Crown land (Nelson Creek-bed).

Situated in Block VII, Mawheranui Survey District (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 4194.)

In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 107962, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured purple.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of July, 1941.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 acre 2 roods 10 perches.
Being part Section 94; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 2 roods 21 perches.
Adjoining or passing through part Section 94; coloured green.

All situated in Block XII, Onamalutu Survey District (north bank of Wairau R.D.).

All in the Marlborough Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111352, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of July, 1941.
