Vesting a Reserve in the Franklin County Council.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of January, 1941.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for county purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Franklin: Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Franklin, in trust, for county purposes.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALLOTMENT 283, Waiuku East Parish, Block IX, Drury Survey District: Area, 3 acres 2 roods 30 perches, more or less.

Recreation Reserves in Wellington Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of January, 1941.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserves for recreation in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserves shall hereafter form part of the Ngatiawa Park Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Ngatiawa Park Domain Board.

SCHEDULE.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 22·7 perches, more or less, being Lot 64, D.P. 11273, and being portion of Section 81, Porirua Registration District, Block VIII, Paekakariki Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 1/1014B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Also all that area containing by admeasurement 2 roods 16 perches, more or less, being Lot 17 on D.P. 11575, and being portion of Sections 80 and 81, Porirua Registration District, Block VIII, Paekakariki Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 1/1014C, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Consenting to Land being taken for the Development of Water Power (Rotoiti Substation-site) in Block XII, Rotoiti Survey District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of January, 1941.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for the development of water power (Rotoiti Substation-site).

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land permitted to be taken: 4 perches.

Being part Waione 2B 4 Block.

Situated in Block XII, Rotoiti Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31102.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109414, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Declaring Portions of Road in Block XV, Cambridge Survey District, to be Government Road.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of January, 1941.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.

SCHEDULE.

Situated in Block XV, Cambridge Survey District (Auckland R.D.).

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
