fund under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, or under such other statutory enactment as may be applicable, and shall thereafter make payments to such sinking fund at intervals of not more than one year at a rate or rates per centum which shall be not less than three pounds ten shillings (£3 10s.), such payments to be made in respect of every part of the said sum for the time being so borrowed and not repaid, the first such payment to be made not later than one year after the first day from which interest to the lender or lenders is computed on the said sum or any part thereof so raised.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in Komakorau Survey District, Auckland Land District.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of January, 1941.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve duly set apart for gravel purposes: And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for recreation purposes:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for gravel purposes to a reserve for recreation purposes.

ALLOTMENT 286, Pukete Parish, Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District: Area, 3 acres 0 roods 30 perches, more or less.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in Rangitoto Survey District, North Auckland Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 29th day of January, 1941.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
WHEREAS a notice of intention to issue an Order in Council declaring that the reservation over the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be changed from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for a public school-site was published in the Gazette of the twenty-fifth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty:
And whereas such notice of intention was duly laid before both Houses of Parliament in accordance with the provisions of subsection two of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928:
And whereas the Legislative Council and the House of Representatives, by resolutions dated respectively the eleventh day of October and the twenty-eighth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty, approved the proposed change of purpose as aforesaid:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby change the purpose of the said reservation over the land described in the Schedule hereto to a reserve for a public school-site.

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for a landing-place to a reserve for county purposes.

WHEREAS a notice of intention to issue an Order in Council declaring that the reservation over the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be changed from a reserve for a recreation-ground for the people of Rangiora and its neighbourhood, to a reserve for cemetery purposes was published in the Gazette of the first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty:
And whereas such notice of intention was duly laid before both Houses of Parliament in accordance with the provisions of subsection two of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928:
