IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

Revoking the Setting-apart of Crown Land in Southland Land District for Selection by Discharged Soldiers under Special Tenures.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section three of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Amendment Act, 1919, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the twenty-ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and published in the Gazette of the fourth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, setting apart land for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers under special tenures in the manner provided by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915.


SCHEDULE.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.—CROWN LAND.

Section 63, Block VII, Oteramika Hundred: Area, 150 acres 5 perches.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of January, 1941.
