Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Blocks VI and VII, Mangaone Survey District, Ekatahuna County, and Part of the Land contained in the Road closed added to an Endowment.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I do also declare that the land comprised in the pieces of road closed first, secondly, and fifthly described in the Second Schedule hereto to be added to the adjacent endowment.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of January, 1941.

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 108417, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
