side of the portion of Greymouth-Waiho Main Highway
(described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of
thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of
road.

SCHEDULE.
THE western side of all that portion of road, situated in the
Westland Land District, County of Westland, fronting
Section 1788 and part Section 1705, Block I, Kaniere Survey
District. As the same is more particularly delineated on
the plan marked P.W.D. 110464, deposited in the office of
the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured red.

The North-eastern Side of Portion of Wesley Road, in the City
of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128
of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to
the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 25th day of
June, 1941.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following
resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the
twelfth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and
forty-one, viz. :
“ The Wellington City Council, being the local
authority having control of the streets in the City of
Wellington, by resolution declares that the provisions
of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public
Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that part of the
north-eastern side of Wesley Road fronting part Town
Acre 493, comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 118,
flio 89 ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-
eastern side of the portion of Wesley Road (described in the
Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-five feet from
the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
THE north-eastern side of all that portion of street situated
in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known
as Wesley Road, fronting part Section 493, Town of Welling-
ton. As the said portion of street is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111359, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured red.

The South-western Side of Portion of Dorset Street, and the
North-western Side of Portion of Wensley Road, in the
Borough of Richmond, exempted from the Provisions of
Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a
Condition as to the Building-line.

apply to the south-western side of the portion of Dorset
Street and the north-western side of the portion of
Wensley Road adjoining subdivision of parts 16 and 17
of Section 26, Waimea East, Block VII, Waimea Survey
District ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-
western side of the portion of Dorset Street, or the north-
western side of the portion of Wensley Road (described in
the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet
from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.

SCHEDULE.
THE south-western side of all that portion of street, situated
in the Nelson Land District, Borough of Richmond, known
as Dorset Street, fronting part of parts Lots 16 and 17 of
Section 26, District of Waimea East.
Also the north-western side of all that portion of street,
situated in the said land district and borough, known as
Wensley Road, fronting part of part Lot 17 of Section 26,
District of Waimea East.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 111235, deposited in the office of the Minister
of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred on him by section twenty-five of the Naval
Defence Act, 1913, and of all other powers and authorities
enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-
General, with the advice of the Executive Council, doth
hereby amend and supplement the regulations referred to in
the Schedule hereto as shown therein.
