A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portions of road in Orahiri Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of June, 1941.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for defence purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

The Leasehold Estate or Interest in Land in Block I, Arawaru Survey District, taken for the Purposes of a Road.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate or interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto (held from His Majesty the King by Thomas Denis Lynch under and by virtue of a memorandum of lease registered in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 18276) is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 30 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 99, Pahautanui Agricultural Reserve.

Situated in Block IX, Paekakariki Survey District. (S.O. 20270.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 107683, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
