A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 2 roods 17·3 perches.
Being part Section 5, Porirua District.
Situated in Block XI, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 20673.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110644, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of June, 1941.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 4 acres 3 roods 38 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Paeroa 1E 7A, 1E 7B 1, 1E 7B 2, 1E 9, and 1E 10 Blocks, and Lot 2, D.P. 5063.
Situated in Block I, Clyde Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1884.)
In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110191, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of June, 1941.
