Appointment.
Richard Oliver Chatfield is granted a temporary commission in the Reserve of Officers, Section II, Class A, in the rank of Pilot Officer. Dated 22nd February, 1941.

Promotion.
Flying Officer Arthur Candlish Allen (T.A.F.), to be Acting Flight Lieutenant. Dated 24th May, 1941.

to be the Assistant Waterfront Controller for the Port of Wellington.
