Members of the Lemon Advisory Committee appointed.
PURSUANT to the powers conferred on me by the Lemon Marketing Regulations 1940, made under the Marketing Act, 1936, and the Agriculture (Emergency Powers) Act, 1934, I, James Gillispie Barclay, Minister of Marketing, do hereby, in pursuance of Regulation 7 of the said regulations, appoint Herbert Henry Booth and Alfred Rae Emanuel to be the members of the Lemon Marketing Advisory Committee established by the said regulations, vice Alexander Knowles and James Lambden resigned.

HIS Excellency the Governor-General has this day been pleased (1) in pursuance of subsection (2) of section 2 of the Howard Estate Amendment Act, 1927, and on the joint or other recommendation of the respective bodies mentioned in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), and (d) of subsection (3) of the said section, to appoint James Livingstone, Esquire, Edward Averill, Esquire, William Cuthbertson, Esquire, and Arthur Robottom, Esquire, respectively, to be members of the Howard Estate Advisory Board; and (2) in pursuance of subsection (5) of the said section 2, to appoint James Herbert Absolom, Esquire, to be the representative on the said Board of the respective bodies mentioned in paragraph (e) of subsection (3) of the said section; and (3) in pursuance of section 3 of the said Act, to name Edward Averill, Esquire, to be Chairman of the said Board.
