Appointment of Members of Assessment Court for the Town District of Havelock North.

HIS Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased in terms of section 10 of the Urban Farm Land Rating Act, 1932, to appoint—

Arthur Debeaufre Purchas, Esquire, Land Agent and Valuer, of Hastings,

to be a member of the Assessment Court for the Town District of Havelock North; and also to appoint

John Love Masterson, Esquire, Land-valuer, of Havelock North,

on the recommendation of the Havelock North Town Board, to be a member of the said Assessment Court.

to be the Judge of the Waikato-Maniapoto Native Land Court District on and from the 2nd June, 1941.

Robert Preshaw Dykes, Esquire, a Judge of the Native Land Court,

to be the Judge of the Aotea Native Land Court District on and from the 2nd June, 1941.
