A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portions of road in Waipu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

Situated in Block IX, Harataunga Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30718.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110566, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of May, 1941.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for irrigation purposes; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the third day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of public reserve set apart: 1 rood 37ยท1 perches.
Being part Reserve 3113.
Situated in Block VIII, Rangitata Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 7245.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 108907, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of his Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of May, 1941.
