Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Block V, Alexandra Survey District, Raglan County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Alexandra Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of May, 1941.

Amending a Proclamation proclaiming Land as Road, and Road closed, in Block VIII, Shotover Survey District, Lake County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Land Act, 1924, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby amend the Proclamation dated the tenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 12 of the thirteenth day of the same month, at page 244, proclaiming land as road, and road closed, in Block VIII, Shotover Survey District, Lake County, by revoking the First Schedule to the said Proclamation and substituting in lieu thereof the Schedule hereto.

In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109610, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of May, 1941.
