Land proclaimed as Street in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street:
8 perches.
Being part Lot 314, Township of Vogeltown, on S.O. plan 36/3V, being part Section 15, Ohiro District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 20711.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111032, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of May, 1941.
