Additional Land between Parematā and Pukerua Bay taken for the Purposes of the Wellington-Foxton Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Wellington-Foxton
Railway to take further land between Parematā and Pukerua Bay in addition to land previously acquired
for the purpose of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in
exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured
as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington.
