Directing Enrolment of Additional Members of First Division of General Reserve.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred on me by Regulation six of the National Service Emergency Regulations 1940, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and direct the enrolment of the members of Class B-1 of the First Division of the General Reserve, as defined in the General Reserve Classification Order 1941, who for the time being have not attained the age of nineteen years (being the only members of the First Division whose enrolment was not proclaimed and directed by the Proclamation dated the seventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 81 of the eighth day of the same month).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of May, 1941.

Declaring a Portion of Railway Land at Plimmerton to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, it is provided that in the case of any land taken, purchased, or acquired for a Government work, and not required for that purpose, the Governor-General may, on recommendation by the Minister, by Proclamation declare such land to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924, and thereupon the land may be administered and disposed of under that Act accordingly:
Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by section thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 13Β·6 perches. Being part Railway land, and being part Taupo No. 1.
Situated in Block VIII, Paekakariki Survey District, Hutt County (Wellington R.D.). (S.O. 20639.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 6530, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of May, 1941.
