A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the Waitaki-Bluff Railway (Duntroon to Kurow Branch); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart : 1 rood 8·3 perches.
Being closed road adjoining Railway land and road adjoining Section 44, Maerewhenua Settlement.
Situated in Block IV, Maruwenua Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 9169.)
In the Otago Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 108781, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of May, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for Post and Telegraph purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart : 7·6 perches.
Being Crown land by a Proclamation published in New Zealand Gazette, 1940, page 2391, and formerly Railway land, D.P. 11017 (part of Thorndon Reclamation).
Situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 20510.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.. 109107, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of May, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate or interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, created by a memorandum of lease to Edwin Meyer, of Ngongotaha, Settler, for a term of twenty-five years from the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, and registered in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 16361, is hereby taken for a police-station; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-sixth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
