And whereas the whole of the land has been transferred to the Crown, and it is now desired that those portions described in the Schedule hereto should be vested in the Council as agreed upon between that body and the Crown:
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by subsection two of section eight of the Local Legislation Act, 1939, and being satisfied that suitable arrangements have been made between the said Council and the vendors with respect to the payment by annual instalments of its contribution as aforesaid, do hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof those portions of the said land described in the Schedule hereto shall become and be vested in the Hutt County Council, and do further hereby declare that such portions may be administered and dealt with by the Council in all respects as if they had been acquired by the Council under the provisions of the Counties Act, 1920.

SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
All those areas containing a total area of 96 acres 0 roods 27 perches, more or less, being Lots 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6, on D.P. 12030, and being parts of Sections 20, 21, and 22, Harbour District, part of Section 19, Lowry Bay District, and part of Section 77, Hutt District, Blocks XIV and XVI, Belmont Survey District. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4/542a, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. Excepting thereout such portion of the subsoil of Lot 2 lying below a plane 400 ft. above City of Wellington datum, as taken by Proclamation numbered 1509 for waterworks purposes, as delineated on the aforesaid plan and coloured red thereon. Subject to a pipe-line easement through Lot 3, created by Transfers numbered 215742 and 216109, Wellington Registry, as delineated on the aforesaid plan and coloured blue thereon.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Allan Campbell Townshend, and
Charles Edmund Brown
to be the Oxford Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the fourteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Coronation Hall, Oxford, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the twentieth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-sixth day of that month, appointing a Domain Board to control the Ohope Beach Domain, and doth hereby appoint
The Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Auckland Land District, ex officio, the member for the Taneatua Riding of the Whakatane County Council, ex officio, the Mayor of Whakatane, ex officio, Frank Mahy, Clive Kingsley-Smith, Henry Charles Kennedy, William Sullivan, John George Laughton, and Cedric Havedock Brebner
to be the Ohope Beach Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the fifth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Captain’s Cabin, Ohope, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

OHOPE BEACH DOMAIN.—AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
All that area in the Whakatane County containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 26·4 perches, more or less, being part Lot 9 and Lots 10, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 on D.P. 22192, being a subdivision of part Allotment 246A No. 2, Waimana Parish, and being the residue of the land contained in Certificate of Title, Volume 606, folio 129, Auckland Registry. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 1/935A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Also all that area containing 42 acres 0 roods 35·1 perches, more or less, being Lot I, D.P. 24985, and part of Lot 8, D.P. 23064, part of Allotment 246A No. 2, Waimana Parish, and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 651, folio 268, Auckland Registry.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 143 acres 1 rood 27 perches, more or less, being Allotment 427, Waimana Parish, Block II, Whakatane Survey District.
