CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.—LYTTELTON—HEATHCOTE DOMAINS.

All that area containing by admeasurement 14 acres 2 roods 34·2 perches, more or less, being part of Reserve 3839, Block XVI, Christchurch Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the north generally by Lot 1, Deposit Plan 9873, 480·8 links, 588·55 links, and 347·25 links, towards the east by Lot 1, Deposit Plan 4499, 1726·74 links, towards the south by Lot 1, Deposit Plan 10878, 987·8 links, and towards the west by Port Hills Road, 1209·75 links, save and except the intersecting Bridle Path Road. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/437A, deposited in Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Dunrobin Domain.

GALWAY, Governor-General.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of January, 1941.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Leslie Theodore Brenssell,
John Alexander Love,
Alexander Stuart McKenzie,
Robin William Morton, and
Walter Anderson Yardley

to be the Dunrobin Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the tenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Dunrobin School Hall as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of January, 1941.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Andrew James Howley,
Thomas Edwin Arthur Astwood,
Laurence Smith,
William Claude Fletcher, and
Lawrence Thomas Mora

to be the Whangamomona Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the twenty-second day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, at half-past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Oddfellows’ Hall, Whangamomona, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.—WHANGAMOMONA DOMAIN.

SECTION 25, Block I, Mahoe Survey District: Area, 4 acres 1 rood 21·6 perches, more or less.

Also parts Section 16, Town of Whangamomona: Area, 1 acre 3 roods, more or less.

Revoking the Reservation over the Waipuku Domain.

GALWAY, Governor-General.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of January, 1941.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS a notice of intention to issue an Order in Council declaring that the Waipuku Domain, described in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be subject to Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and shall be deemed to be Crown land available for disposal by way of sale for cash under the Land Act, 1924, was published in the Gazette of the twenty-eighth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine:

And whereas such notice of intention was duly laid before both Houses of Parliament in accordance with the provisions of subsection two of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928:

And whereas the Legislative Council and the House of Representatives, by resolutions dated respectively the eleventh day of October and twenty-eighth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty, approved the proposed revocation as aforesaid:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by subsection one of section forty-one of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof the Waipuku Domain, described in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be subject to Part II of the said Act, and shall be Crown land available for disposal by way of sale for cash under the Land Act, 1924.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.—WAIPUKU DOMAIN.

SECTIONS 45, 47, 49, and 51, Village of Waipuku, Block IX, Huiroa Survey District: Area, 2 acres 0 roods 12 perches, more or less.
