Major A. R. Cockerell, D.S.O., relinquishes the appointment of Brigade Major, 9th N.Z. Infantry Brigade, is appointed General Staff Officer, 2nd Grade, Headquarters, 2nd N.Z. Expeditionary Force Base, and remains seconded. Dated 24th February, 1941.

Major A. H. Andrews relinquishes the appointment of Senior Ordnance Mechanical Engineer, Headquarters, 2nd N.Z. Division, and is appointed Assistant Director of Ordnance Services, Headquarters, 2nd N.Z. Division. Dated 1st January, 1941.

Major P. W. G. Spiers, M.B.E., M.C., V.D. relinquishes command of Prisoner of War Camp and ceases to be seconded. Dated 16th February, 1941.

Major B. J. Mathewson, 33rd (Canterbury-Otago) Battalion, is appointed to command Prisoner of War Camp temporarily. Dated 16th February, 1941.

Major A. P. MacDuff relinquishes the appointment of General Staff Officer, 3rd Grade (Intelligence), Headquarters, 2nd N.Z. Division, and ceases to be seconded. Dated 15th February, 1941.

Captain T. W. Straker, N.Z. Artillery, is appointed General Staff Officer, 3rd Grade (Operations), Headquarters, 2nd N.Z. Division, and is seconded. Dated 15th February, 1941.

Captain J. M. Elliott, 19th (Wellington) Battalion, relinquishes the appointment of General Staff Officer, 3rd Grade (Operations), Headquarters, 2nd N.Z. Division, is appointed General Staff Officer, 3rd Grade (Intelligence), Headquarters, 2nd N.Z. Division, and remains seconded. Dated 15th February, 1941.

Captain A. J. Neil, 27th (Machine Gun) Battalion, is appointed Brigade Major, 9th N.Z. Infantry Brigade, and is seconded. Dated 24th February, 1941.

Captain R. H. Forder, 24th (Auckland) Battalion, is appointed Legal Staff Officer, Headquarters, 2nd N.Z. Division, and is seconded. Dated 24th February, 1941.

Captain J. S. King is appointed Commandant, 2nd N.Z. Expeditionary Force School of Instruction, and remains seconded. Dated 8th January, 1941.

Captain F. R. McBride, 25th (Wellington) Battalion, is appointed Camp Adjutant, Maadi, and is seconded. Dated 22nd November, 1940.

Captain N. P. Manning is appointed Senior Ordnance Mechanical Engineer, Headquarters, 2nd N.Z. Expeditionary Force Base. Dated 1st January, 1941.

Captain W. C. T. Foley relinquishes the appointment of General Staff Officer, 3rd Grade, Headquarters, 2nd N.Z. Expeditionary Force Base, and ceases to be seconded. Dated 24th February, 1941.

Lieutenant (temp. Captain) J. O. Kelsey is appointed Deputy Assistant Director of Ordnance Services (E), Headquarters, 2nd N.Z. Division. Dated 1st January, 1941.
