Land taken for a Postmaster's Residence in the Borough of Pukekohe.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a postmaster's residence; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 0·05 perches.
Being Lot 27, D.P. 9934, being part Allotments 114 and 115 of Section 1, Suburbs of Pukekohe.
Situated in Block XV, Drury Survey District (Borough of Pukekohe) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31741.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110568, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of March, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 24·9 perches.
Being part Section 158, Huirangi District.
Situated in Block XIII, Waitara Survey District. (S.O. 7649.)
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 101500, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of March, 1941.

Revoking Portion of a Proclamation taking Land for the Development of Water Power (Mount Roskill Substation-site) in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the ninth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 21 of the fourteenth day of the same month, at page 379, taking land for the development of water power in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land not required: 1 rood 17 perches.
Being part Lot 18, D.P. 289, being part Allotment 71, Parish of Titirangi.
Situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31797.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110442, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of March, 1941.
