All in the Westland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110473, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of March, 1941.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 rood 16·2 perches.
Being part Section 19; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 rood 14·4 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 16; coloured green.
All situated in Block X, Clifford Bay Survey District. (S.O. 3700.)
All in the Marlborough Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110346, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
