2B 16A, all being part Motukawa Block, Block V, Ohine-
wairua Survey District; Subdivision 2B 17B, Subdivision
2B 4C 2, Subdivision 2B 17A, closed road being part Sub-
division 2B, Subdivision 2B 23, and part Subdivision 2B 20,
all being part Motukawa Block, Block VI, Ohinewairua
Survey District; part Subdivision 2B 20, Subdivision 2B 4B,
and part Subdivision 2B 4C 2, all being part Motukawa Block,
Block X, Ohinewairua Survey District; Section 20, Block X,
Ohinewairua Survey District; Subdivision 3D 3, 17C 1,
Subdivision 3D 3, 5, Subdivision 3D 3, 4B, Subdivision 3D 3,
17C, 2, Subdivision 3D 3, 2, and Lot 1, D.P. 4211, all being
part Awarua Block, Block X, Ohinewairua Survey District;
and terminating at a point on the said Horopito-Bulls via
Taihape Main Highway at its junction with the Taihape-
Otuarei Road, opposite the north-eastern corner of Section 8,
Block X, Ohinewairua Survey District; including all
adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads,
tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses; all in the
Wellington Land District. As the same is delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 110699, and deposited in the office of
the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of
March, 1941.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby taken for a Native school; and I do also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and
forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres.
Being part Lot 6, D.P. 27227, being part Pukehina L. No. 2
Block.
Situated in Block III, Waihi South Survey District (Auck-
land R.D.). (S.O. 30972.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 108884,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of
March, 1941.

every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby taken for the development of water power; and
I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine
hundred and forty-one.
