Cancelling the Vesting of a Reserve in the Selwyn Plantation Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 5th day of March, 1941.
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve for plantation purposes, and is vested in the Selwyn Plantation Board:
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Selwyn Plantation Board has duly consented to such cancellation:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby cancel the vesting in the Selwyn Plantation Board of the land described in the Schedule hereto.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.
RESERVE 1046, Block III, Leeston Survey District: Area, 5 acres, more or less.

Vesting Reserves in the Waitemata County Council.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of March, 1941.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the First Schedule hereto has been duly set apart for a reserve for a site for a public pound: And whereas the land described in the Second Schedule hereto has been duly set apart for plantation purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserves in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof the reserves described in the First and Second Schedules hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata, in trust for a reserve for a site for a public pound and for plantation purposes respectively.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
All that area in the Waitemata County, situated in Block XI, Kaipara Survey District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 25 perches, more or less, being part Allotment 129, Kaukapakapa Parish, bounded: Towards the west, north-west, and east by public roads; and towards the south-east generally by the Kaukapakapa River; and towards the south by other part Allotment 129, Kaukapakapa Parish. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2273b, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow. SECOND SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
All that area in the Waitemata County, situated in Block XI, Kaipara Survey District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 2 roods 35 perches, more or less, being part Allotment 129, Kaukapakapa Parish, bounded: Towards the east and south generally by the Kaukapakapa River; towards the west by a public road; and towards the north by other part Allotment 129, Kaukapakapa Parish. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2273b, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. Changing the Purpose of the Reservation over Portion of the Makaraka Domain, Gisborne Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of March, 1941.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS a notice of intention to issue an Order in Council declaring that the portion of the Makaraka Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and shall be deemed to be a reserve for a site for a children’s health camp was published in the Gazette of the eighth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty:
And whereas such notice of intention was duly laid before both Houses of Parliament in accordance with the provisions of subsection two of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928:
And whereas the Legislative Council and the House of Representatives, by resolutions dated respectively the eleventh day of October and the twenty-eighth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty, approved the proposed change of purpose as aforesaid:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by subsection one of section forty-one of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof the portion of the Makaraka Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to Part II of the said Act, and shall be a reserve for a site for a children’s health camp, subject to Part I of the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT.—PART OF MAKARAKA DOMAIN.
All that area containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods 10·5 perches, more or less, being part of Section 9, Block II, Turanganui Survey District, bounded by other part of Section 9 as follows: Commencing at a point bearing 294° 27′ 46″ 91·2 links distant from the north-western corner of Cochrane Street, Borough of Gisborne; towards the south generally 294° 27′ 46″ 20·78 links, 284° 03′ 15″ 30·3 links, 279° 54′ 40″ 148·47 links, and 282° 46′ 20″ 284·58 links; towards the west 4° 05′ 310·52 links; towards the north generally 55° 37′ 21·1 links and 107° 55′ 537·7 links; and towards the east 197° 39′ 277·1 links; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/603, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
