Declaring Tidal Lands to be a Reclamation Area in Blocks II, V, and VI, Kaipara Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1932, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare to be a reclamation area for the purposes of the said section the land described in the Schedule hereto.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of December, 1940.

Proclaiming a Road-line laid off through Otorohanga C 2 Block, Block IV, Orahiri Survey District, Auckland Land District, to be a Public Road.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was, by an order of the Native Land Court made on the twenty-ninth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, duly laid off as a road-line in pursuance of section four hundred and eighty-two of the Native Land Act, 1931:
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section four hundred and eighty-six of the said Act:
And whereas one month’s notice in writing of the intention to proclaim the said road-line as a public road has been given by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district concerned, in terms of subsection two of section four hundred and eighty-seven of the said Act:
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-line should be proclaimed as a public road:
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section four hundred and eighty-seven of the Native Land Act, 1931, do hereby proclaim as a public road the road-line described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road:
6 acres 2 roods 17·9 perches.
Being portion of Otorohanga C 2 Block.
Situated in Block IV, Orahiri Survey District. (N.L.C. plan 16130, red.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/2719, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2884, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of December, 1940.

Amending a Proclamation setting apart Land as a Provisional State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by a Proclamation dated the twenty-seventh day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty, and published in the Gazette on the fifth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty, at page 2265 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Proclamation”), areas of land totalling 4,680 acres 1 rood 28 perches, more or less, situated in Blocks IV and VIII, Arawata Survey District, Blocks X and XIII, Okuru Survey District, and Block I, Turnbull Survey District, were set apart as a provisional State forest in terms of section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, and whereas errors were made in the Schedule to the said Proclamation and it is desirable that these errors be rectified:
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section three of the Forests Amendment Act, 1925, do by way of amendment of the said Proclamation hereby declare
