IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the street described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the street closed: 4 acres 2 roods 7·8 perches.
Adjoining or passing through parts Orakei Nos. 2A 1, 4A 1, 3F 1, 3F 2, and 3F 3 Blocks.
Situated in Blocks VIII and IX, Rangitoto Survey District (City of Auckland) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31151.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 108197, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
